Volleyball Recap: Zimmerman Comes Up Short

Zimmerman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Peter Saints.

Zimmerman now has a losing record of 3-4. As for St. Peter, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.

Zimmerman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Minneapolis Southwest on the 13th. As for St. Peter, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Detroit Lakes on the 13th.
