While Lane Tech might've come up empty on Saturday, Dodger Friedrich wasn't going down without a fight. Friedrich was unstoppable, tossing six innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one walk any time he's pitched this season.
