After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Benson, Bisbee was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Santa Rita Eagles 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Pumas in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won seven in a row.

Bisbee's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Santa Rita, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Bisbee will challenge rival St. Augustine Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Santa Rita is set to square off against their familiar foe Willcox at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
