Basketball Recap: Pike Road Comes Up Short

Pike Road was the 77-57 winner over Park Crossing when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Pike Road Patriots fell 68-58 to the Park Crossing Thunderbirds on Tuesday.

Pike Road's loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Park Crossing, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-13.

Pike Road will square off against Marbury at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Marbury is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.1 points per game this season. As for Park Crossing, they will take on Rehobeth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Park Crossing is facing Rehobeth at the right time seeing as Rehobeth is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
