Basketball Recap: MASON HARVEY's Big Game Can't Quite Lead North Harford over Aberdeen

It was a Battle of the Birds when North Harford challenged Aberdeen on Wednesday. The North Harford Hawks took a 61-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aberdeen Eagles. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

North Harford lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being MASON HARVEY, who went 7 of 13 en route to 16 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of ZACH ALEXANDER, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 15 points.

Cameron Allen-Jones continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Aberdeen, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 15 boards. Another player making a difference was McKinley Turner, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds.

North Harford's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Aberdeen, they pushed their record up to 4-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
