Broadwater hadn't done well against Huntley Project recently (they were 0-8-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Bulldogs skirted past the Red Devils 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Red Devils on Saturday, they had to take a 1-0 loss.

Kaitlyn Noyes paced Broadwater's offense, picking up 13 kills. Noyes got some help from Holly Newman and her 15 assists. Noyes was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Broadwater has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6-2 record this season. As for Huntley Project, with the defeat, they broke their nine-match winning streak and moved their record to 13-3.

Coming up, Broadwater is taking a road trip to face off against Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Huntley Project, they will square off against Hardin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
