Bloomfield managed to keep up with Vincennes Rivet until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cardinals came up short against the Patriots, falling 4-1. The result was nothing new for Bloomfield as the team haven't won a game since September 4th.

Bloomfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Vincennes Rivet, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bloomfield will head out to face off against Shoals at 5:00 p.m. on October 1. As for Vincennes Rivet, they will venture away from home to challenge Evansville Day at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
