Soccer Recap: Hurricane Comes Up Short

Hurricane fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Desert Hills on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Thunder by a score of 3-2. Hurricane's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Caleb Stout and Dom Alarcon scored both of Hurricane's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Hurricane's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Desert Hills, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-5 record.
