Preview: Seaford Bluejays vs. Delmar Wildcats
Seaford is 8-2 against Delmar since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Seaford Bluejays will head out on the road to take on the Delmar Wildcats at 5:45 p.m. Seaford is looking to tack on another W to their 16-game streak on the road dating back to last season.
Seaford pushed their score all the way to 68 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 69-68 to Glasgow. Seaford has not had much luck with Glasgow recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Delmar took a serious blow against Laurel on Thursday, falling 63-32.
Seaford's defeat dropped their record down to 15-2. As for Delmar, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
Everything came up roses for Seaford against Delmar in their previous matchup back in January as the team secured a 74-47 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Seaford since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
