After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mumford, Cass Tech was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They secured a 76-71 W over the King Crusaders. This was payback for the Technicians, who suffered a 58-52 loss the last time these two teams met.

Cass Tech's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for King, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Cass Tech will be home for the holidays to greet Chippewa Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Technicians will be up against the Big Reds' rather soft defense (which has allowed 57.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. King and Villa Angela-St. Joseph will round out the year against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th.
