Volleyball Recap: Providence Classical Christian Takes a Loss

Providence Classical Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Scholars Guild Academy Spartans. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 0-0 to the Spartans when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-12, 25-8.

Leading Scholars Guild Academy to victory were Finley Robinson and Natalee Rumble. Robinson had 13 digs and three aces, while Rumble had six digs and three aces. That's the most digs Rumble has posted since back in August.

Providence Classical Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Scholars Guild Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 16-7.

Looking ahead, Providence Classical Christian will face off against Peachtree Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Scholars Guild Academy, they will challenge Victory Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
