Graham and Brock squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Graham had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Brock Eagles by a score of 12-10. The Steers were red-hot offensively headed into the matchup (they scored no less than 31 points in the 11 matches prior) but the Eagles' defense proved too tough.

Despite the loss, Graham still got an impressive performance from Ty Thompson, who threw for 170 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 54 yards.

Graham wouldn't let Brock keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Graham can thank Scout Smith and Ryder Taylor for forcing both of them. With that strong performance, Taylor is now averaging an impressive 5.1 total tackles per game.

With the loss, Graham broke their 11-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-2. As for Brock, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-1.

Graham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brock, they will challenge Carthage at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Carthage will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Brock surely won't give up without a fight.
