The Fisher Bunnies are taking a road trip to take on the Milford Bearcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Fisher turned things around against St. Thomas More on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Sabers by a score of 5-1.

Weston Ensign made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He is becoming a predictor of Fisher's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 2-1 (and 1-18 when he doesn't). Ensign was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, Caleb Zwilling was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Andrew Todd, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run.

Milford's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-14. As for Fisher, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-19.
