Basketball Recap: McCook Central/Montrose Takes a Loss

McCook Central/Montrose lost against Viborg/Hurley back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars took a 40-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Viborg/Hurley Cougars. The Fighting Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

McCook Central/Montrose now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Viborg/Hurley, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-6.

Looking ahead, McCook Central/Montrose will venture away from home to take on Tri-Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Viborg/Hurley, they will welcome Scotland/Menno at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
