Osage had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Southern Boone Eagles by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Osage had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-16, 25-15, 25-18.

Osage can attribute much of their success to Izzy Milligan, who had 12 digs and four assists. That's the most assists Milligan has posted over her last seven matches.

Osage's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Southern Boone, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-7-1.

Looking ahead, Osage will be playing at home against Camdenton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southern Boone, they will venture away from home to square off against Fulton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
