Football Game Preview: Saint Andrew's Scots vs. Benjamin Buccaneers + Official Tickets

Saint Andrew hasn't had much luck against Benjamin recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Scots are taking a road trip to square off against the Buccaneers at 6:00 p.m. Benjamin took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Saint Andrew's, who comes in off a win.

Saint Andrew's was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Gulliver Prep on Friday. The Scots breezed past the Raiders to the tune of 41-6. Considering the Scots have won five games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Benjamin scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 41-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of John Carroll Catholic.

Saint Andrew's pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.7 points on average over those games. As for Benjamin, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Saint Andrew's was taken down by Benjamin 46-7 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Scots were down 27-7.
