The Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool Trailblazers are taking a road trip to square off against the Elder Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.6 runs per game this season.

On Wednesday, Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool got the win against Highlands by a conclusive 8-2. The result was nothing new for the Trailblazers, who have now won 11 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool got a great performance from Hayden Hubert as he struck out six batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. That's the most strikeouts Hubert has posted since back in March.

At the plate, Caleb Hodge was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Landon McIntosh, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.

Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Highlands only posted a batting average of .192.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Elder and St. Xavier meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Bombers by a score of 3-2.

Elder's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool, their record now sits at 21-3.
