Soccer Game Preview: Crespi vs. Canoga Park

Crespi's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Burroughs with a sharp 5-0 victory. Considering Crespi have won four matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Canoga Park's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Taft by a score of 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Canoga Park came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 167th, while Taft are ranked 427th).

Crespi's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Canoga Park, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 4-2-2.
