Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Silver Creek). They breezed past the Scottsburg Warriors to the tune of 87-36 on Friday. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Silver Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kasen Daeger, who went 8-for-12 en route to 20 points. Brandon Hunter was another key player, going 6-for-10 on his way to 16 points in addition to six assists and five rebounds.

Silver Creek pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Scottsburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.

Silver Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 67-56 victory against Evansville Memorial on the 15th. As for Scottsburg, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Trinity Lutheran at 7:30 p.m.
