Football Recap: Southside Falls to Guntersville in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Southside had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They received a blow on Friday as they fell 31-14 to the Guntersville Wildcats. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost four in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southside will host Hokes Bluff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Guntersville, they will be playing at home against Fort Payne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
