Wakeland is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will head out on the road to square off against the Reedy Lions at 6:45 p.m. Wakeland's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so Reedy's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Wakeland is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Emerson with a sharp 15-5 victory on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Wolverines, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.
