Elizabeth Martin gave up the fewest hits she has since back in March of 2024 on Wednesday. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in eight consecutive appearances.
