Midland won against Mt. Pleasant last Friday with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Everything went the Midland Chemics' way against the Davison Cardinals as the Midland Chemics made off with a 49-28 win. The Chemics have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Midland's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points per game. As for Davison, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Midland and Davison should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. Midland will challenge Lapeer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday up 473 places (9 vs. 482). Similarly, Davison (ranked 234th) will meet Central (ranked 534th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
