Softball Recap: South Aiken Comes Up Short on the Road Against Pelion

South Aiken had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 14-8 to the Pelion Panthers on Monday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Adaline Allen made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracelynn Mosely, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.

South Aiken wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 6-1 loss against Dorman on the 7th. Pelion has also already played their next contest (against Mid-Carolina), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
