Volleyball Recap: Palos Verdes' Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Palos Verdes saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Coronado Islanders by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to the Sea Kings' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Palos Verdes fell to 3-1-1. As for Coronado, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Palos Verdes wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Rancho Bernardo on the 16th. As for Coronado, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against San Marcos on the 16th.
