Football Recap: St. Joseph Takes Down Ranked Southington

St. Joseph faced Southington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Cadets snuck past the Blue Knights with a 30-24 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cadets.

St. Joseph now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Southington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Looking ahead, St. Joseph will be playing in front of their home fans against New Canaan at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Southington, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hall at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
