Volleyball Recap: New Britain Golden Hurricanes vs. Rocky Hill Terriers
New Britain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Rocky Hill Terriers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Terriers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.
While New Britain ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 25-22.
Sha'Nya Roberts paced New Britain's offense, picking up five kills. Roberts got some help from Avery Ostralt and her ten assists. Ostralt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
