Baseball Recap: St. Marys Takes a Loss

St. Marys was the 8-5 winner over Holton when they last played one another on Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 5-3 on Thursday.

St. Marys' defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for Holton, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. St. Marys is set to square off against their familiar foe Royal Valley on Thursday. Meanwhile, Holton will take on rival Nemaha Central on Thursday.
