Soccer Recap: East Ridge Comes Up Short

East Ridge lost against Westminster Christian back in November of 2016 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights came up short against the Warriors, falling 7-2.

Zoe Barrantes wasn't going to let Westminster Christian walk away unscathed as she scored both of East Ridge's goals, bringing her season total up to two goals.

East Ridge now has a losing record of 0-1-1. As for Westminster Christian, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

East Ridge didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Gulliver Prep on the 8th. As for Westminster Christian, they will welcome Lourdes Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
