Football Game Preview: Ringling Blue Devils vs. Wayne Bulldogs

Ringling is a perfect 6-0 against Wayne since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Blue Devils will host the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Ringling has given up an average of 26.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Things were looking good for Ringling after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 36-30 to Konawa. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Wayne fell victim to Rush Springs and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Redskins, falling 28-0. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Redskins recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Ringling, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Ringling against Wayne in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 38-8 victory. In that contest, the Blue Devils amassed a halftime lead of 38-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
