Volleyball Recap: Hendersonville Extends Winning Streak to Three

Hendersonville had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rural Retreat Indians.

Hendersonville's offense was headlined by Camilla Embrey and Rose Minor, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Chloe Combs and her 21 assists. Allie James controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Hendersonville now has a winning record of 16-15. As for Rural Retreat, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Coincidentally, Hendersonville and Rural Retreat will both be playing Tennessee the next time they take the court. The Commandos will head out to face the Vikings at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
