Basketball Recap: Franklin County's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Franklin County lost against Patrick Henry back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Franklin County Eagles fell 47-35 to the Patrick Henry Patriots. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Franklin County's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-5. As for Patrick Henry, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Franklin County will head out to face off against Magna Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Patrick Henry, they are taking a road trip to take on Cave Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
