Basketball Game Preview: Jal Panthers vs. Hagerman Bobcats

Two dominant guards in Nolbert Cervantes and Jevon Aguilar are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers duke it out with the Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hagerman has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.1 points over those games. Jal's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.

Jal came up short against Hagerman in their previous matchup on February 3rd, falling 54-48. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Hagerman's Felix Chacon, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds.
