Baseball Recap: West-Oak Comes Up Short

West-Oak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 6-3 to the Belton-Honea Path Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 on Monday.

West-Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Belton-Honea Path, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-11.

While West-Oak had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
