It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Southern Wells had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wes-Del Warriors. The win was familiar territory for the Raiders, who have now won four contests in a row.

Sydney Alstoft went supernova, getting seven digs and two aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 23 or more in each of the last seven games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jailyn Chase, who had eight digs and two aces.

Southern Wells' victory bumped their record up to 17-14. As for Wes-Del, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-21 record this season.

Southern Wells has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Daleville on the 18th. Wes-Del does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
