Soccer Game Preview: Bulls College Prep vs. DePaul College Prep

The Bulls College Prep Bulls are taking a road trip to challenge the DePaul College Prep Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bulls College Prep has given up an average of 3.2 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bulls College Prep is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to seven goals back in April, they were much more limited against Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South on Thursday. They lost 5-0 to the Meteors. Considering the last time Bulls College Prep couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, DePaul College Prep had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Roadrunners. DePaul College Prep's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Lucia Trautman, who's now up to seven this season.

DePaul College Prep pushed their record up to 8-9-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four games. As for Bulls College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.
