While Maplesville put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Ellwood Christian. The Red Devils claimed a resounding 58-0 victory over the Eagles. The win continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won seven in a row.

Pearce Yeargan was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 156 yards and three TDs while completing 81.8% of his passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. What's more, he racked up 161.9 passer rating, the most he's had since back in September of 2024.
