It's playoff time, and Whites Creek had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Pearl-Cohn Firebirds with a sharp 20-6 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Cobras, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Whites Creek got a massive performance out of Jamia Moore, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with six stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Emeera Morris was another key player, firing off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-3.

The win (which was Whites Creek's third in a row) raised their record to 6-12. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 22.7 runs over those games. As for Pearl-Cohn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

As of now, neither Whites Creek nor the Firebirds have any future games scheduled.
