Volleyball Recap: Findlay Trojans vs. Central Catholic Fighting Irish

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ross, Findlay was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Central Catholic Fighting Irish by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Findlay had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-23, 25-13, 25-7.

Leading Findlay to victory were Ankia Helms and Delaney Harris. Helms had four digs and two aces, while Harris had 14 assists. Helms is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted ten or more in the last seven games she's played.

Findlay was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2023.
