Mullins picks up 12th straight win at home

The Mullins Auctioneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 28 points or more this season. They blew past Latta 81-34 at home. That 81-34 margin sets a new team best for Mullins this season.

Leading Mullins to victory were Deyon Ford and JJ Davis. Ford scored 18 points along with six assists, while Davis scored 21 points. The match was Ford's seventh in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dakarai Worley, who scored four points along with seven rebounds.

Latta struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Mullins racked up 12 assists.

Mullins pushed their record up to 8-2 with that victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.92 points. As for Latta, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Mullins will take on Cheraw in a holiday battle at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at. As for Latta, they will head out on the road to face off against Dixie at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
