Baseball Game Preview: Wahama Falcons vs. Poca Dots

The Wahama Falcons will challenge the Poca Dots at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Wahama's offense. They fell just short of Sherman by a score of 1-0 last Thursday. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Poca had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Eagles. The Dots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by seven runs or more this season.

Wahama's defeat dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Poca, their victory bumped their record up to 16-13.
