St. Charles North had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Minooka Indians. The North Stars were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Indians, so the North Stars were just returning the favor.

Haley Burgdorf paced St. Charles North's offense, picking up six kills. Burgdorf got some help from Mia McCall and her 11 assists. Burgdorf was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Despite the loss, Minooka still got an impressive performance from Maddie Dostall, who had 12 digs. Dostall has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

St. Charles North's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Minooka, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-4.

St. Charles North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Mater Dei on the 13th. As for Minooka, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Center Grove on the 13th.
