Oroville was sadly handed a loss on Monday, but Noah Berg did his best to prevent it. Berg wasn't messing around, getting on base in four of his six plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. The contest was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Even though Berg couldn't lead Oroville over Manson, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Berg's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Hornets' five-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Berg and the Hornets surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Monday's match.
