Foothill dropped down to 13-10 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Pleasant Valley Vikings by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Daelynn Callegari paced Foothill's offense, picking up nine kills. Callegari got some help from Jaymes Arnold and her 19 assists. Morgan Wiley controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

As for Pleasant Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 17-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since September 20th.

Keira Purvis had a dynamite game, getting 24 digs and two assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last six matchups.

Foothill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Shasta on the 16th. As for Pleasant Valley, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Enterprise on the 16th.
