Kings waltzed into their matchup on Friday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Miamisburg Vikings a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Knights have won seven contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Neely McElhaney tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Olivia Smith, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 3-for-3. Grace Parkhurst also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Kings was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .359 or higher in three consecutive games.
