Tecumseh put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Ypsilanti Grizzlies a 19-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 23-0 on Monday.

Jeremy Bennett made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Rocco Williams was incredible, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Zeke Schmidt, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.

Tecumseh hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in five consecutive matchups.

Tecumseh's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Ypsilanti, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Tecumseh will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Grizzlies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
