Volleyball Game Preview: Bonita Vista Barons vs. Granite Hills Eagles

The Bonita Vista Barons will venture away from home to square off against the Granite Hills Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Bonita Vista has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Granite Hills will arrive with eight straight victories.

Last Tuesday, Bonita Vista came up short against Mission Vista and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 26-28, 25-16.

West Hills typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Granite Hills proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wolf Pack.

While Granite Hills won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-13, 25-23.

Granite Hills' win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Bonita Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
