Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Nansemond-Suffolk Academy walked away with it. They never let the Catholic Crusaders get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Saints, who have now won 13 matches in a row.

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games.
