Recap: Horizon vs. Poudre
The Poudre Impalas had a rough go of it earlier this month when they matched up with the Horizon Hawks and had to endure more of the same this past Friday. Poudre suffered a grim 82-57 defeat to Horizon. The Impalas' defeat continues a disappointing trend for the team, making it seven in a row.
The loss dropped the Impalas' record to 2-19. The win bumped Horizon's record up to 15-6.
The Impalas will stay at home against Broomfield on Tuesday. Poudre is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. As for Horizon, they will go up against Rocky Mountain on Tuesday. Rocky Mountain took a loss in their last matchup and are no doubt out to reverse Horizon's good fortune.
