A-6 Southwest (6 Man) Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances in games played from last Thursday through Saturday (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Cranson Came Up Big in Branson/Kim's 36-32 Victory

Starting off the list is Branson/Kim's Kolter Cranson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Cranson rushed for 243 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.7 yards per carry. He didn't just play on offense: he also made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended a pass.

Unfortunately for Primero, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Cranson. Cranson rushed for 269 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per carry the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in September of 2023.

Another Game with at Least 107 Rushing Yards from Brett Kendall

Brett Kendall's rushing tear continued on Saturday as he dropped his fifth-straight game with 107+ rushing yards. He rushed for 174 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 149 yards and two touchdowns. He didn't just play on offense: he also made seven total tackles and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception.

If history really does repeat itself, Kendall might just drop another big game when he faces off against Antonito on Thursday. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Kendall saw the Trojans), he rushed for 205 yards and five touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 97 yards and two touchdowns on only eight passes.
